• 1. Mrs. Chitra. M.A, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has tendered her resignation w.ef 31St March 2019. The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for appointing as its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. In the meantime, Mr. Ajit G Nambiar, Chairman & Managing Director will be acting as the Compliance officer of the Company. -
