Updates to un-reviewed half year accounts

With reference to the announcement of 26 February 2021 “Extension to lodge reviewed December 2020 half year report”, Stemcell United Limited (ASX:SCU) (“Company”) would like to advise on the updated un-reviewed Consolidated Statement Of Comprehensive Income and Consolidated Statement Of Financial Position as a result of material differences due to impairment of assets and reclassification of accounts.

The material differences to the accounts, resulting from the impairment of assets and reclassification of accounts, are highlighted in yellow in the following update un-reviewed Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income and Consolidated Statement Of Financial Position.

The Company will immediately make further announcement to the market if there is any new material difference between this un-reviewed half year accounts and its reviewed half year accounts.
