CLEANSING NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

Stemcell United Limited (ASX:SCU) (“Company”) advises that it has issued 75,000,000 director incentive options and 5,000,000 lead manager options (“Securities”) as approved at the General Meeting held on 26 March 2021.

The Company hereby gives notice under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Corporations Act”) that:

• 1. The Securities were issued by the Company without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporation Act;
• 1. As at the date of this notice :

  • a) the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

  • b) the Company has complied with Section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

  • c) there is no information that is "excluded information" within the meaning of Sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
