Stemcell United Limited (ASX: SCU) – Voluntary Suspension request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Stemcell United Limited (ACN 009 104 330) (Company) requests for its securities to be voluntarily suspended pending the release of an announcement relating to a proposed material joint venture.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday 29 October 2021 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the material joint venture.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
