Stemcell United Limited (ASX: SCU) – Extension to Voluntary Suspension
Further to the request for voluntary suspension made on 29 September 2021, the Company now requests that its securities remain suspended until prior to the commencement of trading on Tuesday 30 November 2021 pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the proposed material joint venture.
The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Tuesday 30 November 2021, or the Company releases an announcement in relation to the above material joint venture.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the extension to the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
