BPH Global Provides Interim Update on Project Giddy-Up Development Progress

Project Giddy-Up – Development Update
BPH Global Ltd (ASX: BP8) (“BPH” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an interim update on the progress of Project Giddy-Up, its proprietary seaweed-based men’s health supplement program.
Following on from the Company’s previous announcement . The Company confirms that it has now finalised the formulation, including the specific ingredients and the proportions of each component. This milestone represents the completion of formulation development and positions the project to advance into its planned validation phase.
In parallel, the Company has received a draft services agreement from Temasek Innovation Holdings Pte Ltd (TPIH), an operating entity of Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore, in relation to the proposed two-stage, cellbased efficacy testing program. The Company is currently reviewing the draft agreement and progressing discussions with TPIH.
Next Steps
The Company’s immediate next steps include:

Finalising and executing the services agreement with TPIH; and

Commencing detailed liaison and coordination with TPIH to facilitate the implementation of the agreed R&D work program, including the planned cell-based efficacy testing.
Regulatory Pathway
The Company confirms that its regulatory strategy remains unchanged. BPH continues to target listing of the product on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) as a TGA-listed complementary medicine (AUST L), in accordance with the framework outlined in its previous announcement.
Further updates regarding R&D milestones, project evaluations, and partnership developments will be provided as programs advance.
