Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office

Stemcell United Limited (ASX: SCU) (“SCU” or the “Company”), gives notice that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Mr Chow Yee Koh will step down as Company Secretary of the Company, effective immediately. The Board wishes to thank Mr Chow Yee Koh for his services to the Company as Company Secretary. Mr Koh continues in his roles as a director of the Company and as Chief Financial Officer.

Ms Elizabeth Spooner, of Automic Group, has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective immediately. For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Spooner will also be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.

Further, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.14, the Company has changed its registered office and principal administrative office address as follows:

Stemcell United Limited (ASX: SCU) is an Asia-Pacific plant-based biotechnology company that is building a food, nutrition, healthcare, cosmetics and personal care business based on plants found in the region, using its proprietary plant genetics and stem cell technology to refine the propagation and cultivation process. Also, SCU has successfully commercialised the processing and production of pharmaceutical g rade Resina Draconis product for Asia.
