Articles of association filed and published
Modena – 23 December 2019. Notice is hereby given that the text of the Bank's articles of association, as modified after the execution of the increase in share capital reserved for subscription to those who accepted the public share exchange offer involving Banco di Sardegna S.p.A., is available to the general public at the head office of BPER, as well as at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Bank's website www.bper.it – Sito Istituzionale > Governance > Document Section.
Said increase, adopted by resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting of 7 November 2019 on the basis of the mandate granted by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 4 July 2019, was performed on 19 December 2019, as per registered certificate in the Modena Companies Register on the same date.
