PRESS RELEASE 2025 FINANCIAL CALENDAR
Modena, 27 January 2025 – BPER Banca announces its financial calendar for 2025.
| 06 February 2025 | Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve BPER Group 2024 preliminary consolidated results |

| 12 March 2025 | Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the 2024 Annual Report and propose the net income allocation |
| 18 April 2025 | Shareholders' Meeting to approve the 2024 parent company Financial Statements and the proposal of net income allocation |
| 07 May 2025 | Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the consolidated Interim Report as at 31 March 2025 |
| 19 May 2025 | Ex-dividend date for dividends subject to the resolution of the Shareholders' Meeting |
| 21 May 2025 | Payment of dividends subject to the resolution of the Shareholders' Meeting |
| 05 August 2025 | Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the consolidated half-year Report as at 30 June 2025 |
| 05 November 2025 | Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the consolidated Interim Report as at 30 September 2025 |
Please be informed that, generally, the presentations of the Group's results will be held on the working day following their approval. In case of any changes, specific communication will be provided.
Please also note that, in line with market best practices and starting from the 2025 financial results, BPER Banca will observe a silent period during the fifteen calendar days prior to the announcement of the financial results. During this period, neither financial communications nor meetings with investors and analysts will take place.
Pursuant to Article 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulation, it is also announced that, in line with prior practices, BPER Banca voluntarily publishes the consolidated Interim Reports for the periods ending on 31 March and 30 September, including the information contained in the former interim reports.
Any changes to this calendar will be promptly communicated.
