UPDATE

2024 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Modena, 19 June 2024 – BPER Banca announces that its financial calendar for 2024 has been updated as follows.

6 August 2024	Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated half-year report as at 30 June 2024
9 October 2024	Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the new 2024-2027 Business Plan
6 November 2024	Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated interim report as at 30 September 2024

Please note that the table does not include dates relating to events that have already taken place.

Any presentation of accounting data to financial analysts will be held on the same dates as listed above or on the following business day at the latest. The presentation of the 2024-2027 Business Plan to the market is scheduled for 10 October 2024.

Pursuant to Article 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulation, BPER Banca finally informs it has chosen to publish additional periodic financial information as at 31 March and 30 September of each fiscal year on a voluntary basis and in consistency with prior periods, including the information once contained in the former interim reports.

Any changes to this calendar will be promptly communicated.
