Resignation of the Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors

Modena – 25 October 2024. BPER Banca S.p.A. informs that, today, the Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Angelo Mario Giudici, has submitted his resignation from the position, effective from the appointment of his successor by the next Shareholders' Meeting, and in any case, no later than 1 ° January 2025.

As stated by Chair Giudici himself, the resignation was made for strictly personal reasons that, in the coming period, will no longer allow him to continue to guarantee the full and necessary commitment that the role requires.

Consequently, the Company plans to convene an ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held in the second half of next December to deliberate on the replacement of the Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

It is noted that, as of today, Angelo Mario Giudici does not hold any shares in BPER Banca.
