GUIDELINES ON THE QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION

OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Modena – 7 February 2024. BPER Banca informs that – in view of the Shareholders' Meeting that will be convened, inter alia, for the approval of the 2023 financial statements and the renewal of the Corporate Bodies, scheduled for 19 April 2024 – the Guidelines for Shareholders on the optimal qualitative and quantitative composition of the Board of Directors have been made available to the public, well in advance, in accordance with the statutory, regulatory and corporate governance provisions in force.
