BPER Banca: Simone Marcucci appointed Chief Financial Officer
Modena – 18 July 2024. BPER Banca S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors has today appointed Simone Marcucci as the Bank's Chief Financial Officer, effective 19 July 2024.
Heartfelt gratitude was expressed by the Board of Directors to Gian Luca Santi, current Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager, for his important contribution to the development of the Bank over the years. Gian Luca Santi will step down from his roles on the above date to pursue new professional opportunities outside the Bper Group.
Simone Marcucci has held several top management positions as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Planning and Control at a leading Italian Banking Group, both in Italy and Europe.
