Resignation of Standing Auditor
Modena, 7 June 2022 – BPER Banca informs that, on 6 June 2022, Standing Auditor Paolo De Mitri resigned from office with immediate effect. As clarified by the resigning Auditor, the resignation was tendered for strictly personal reasons that prevent him from continuing to provide the necessary engagement that the role demands. Due to the Standing Auditor's resignation, the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be convened to resolve upon the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors, in accordance with applicable regulations.
