PUBLICATION OF LISTS OF CANDIDATES AND OTHER SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING DOCUMENTS

Modena, 26/03/2024 – BPER Banca informs that 3 lists of candidates for the appointment of the Company's Board of Directors and 3 lists of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors have been filed before expiry of the deadline of 25 March 2023, for the renewal of the Corporate Bodies for the 2024-2026 three-year period, which will be resolved upon by the Shareholders' Meeting in its ordinary session on 19 April 2024.

Specifically, the following lists of candidates, numbered in chronological order of submission to the Company, have been submitted for the renewal of the Board of Directors:
