B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc (AIM: BPM), the specialist venture capital provider to early stage financial services businesses, announces that on 3 August 2021, Mr. Brian Marsh, the Company's Executive Chairman, transferred 205,660 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") to the Marsh Christian Trust, a grant-making charitable trust, for nil consideration.

Following this transfer of Shares, the Marsh Christian Trust, of which Mr. Marsh is a trustee, became interested in approximately 3.95% of the total voting rights of the Company. Mr. Marsh retains a total interest (including the aggregate total of 1,477,660 Shares now held by the Marsh Christian Trust) in 15,662,079 Shares, representing approximately 41.81% of the total voting rights of the Company.
