B.P. Marsh & Partners Plc (AIM: BPM), a niche venture capital provider to early stage financial services businesses, announces that on 11th August 2020, Mr. Brian Marsh, the Company's Executive Chairman, transferred 290,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") to the Marsh Christian Trust, a grant-making charitable trust, for nil consideration.

Following this transfer of Shares, the Marsh Christian Trust, of which Mr. Marsh is a trustee, became interested in approximately 3.40% of the total voting rights of the Company. Mr. Marsh retains a total interest (including the aggregate total of 1,272,000 Shares now held by the Marsh Christian Trust) in 15,662,079 Shares, representing approximately 41.85% of the total voting rights of the Company.
