RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Boyaa Interactive International Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Mr. Zhou Kui has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 14 May 2015 due to his intention to devote more time pursuing other business opportunities as a result of changes in his work arrangements.

Mr. Zhou Kui has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Zhou Kui for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of office.
