Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 19, 2021, Boxlight Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company will be hosting a conference call on Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. ET, during which time the Company will discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2020 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
