Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 5, 2018, Boxlight Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Lori Page joined the Company as Vice President of Global Marketing. Ms. Page will lead the marketing team and work cross-functionally across sales, operations and product development with close integration with the Company’s channel partners.
