(“Box” or the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the filing of its preliminary proxy statement on Schedule 14A with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the adoption of governance enhancements by the Company’s Board of Directors, as further described in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed earlier on July 6, 2021. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
