Change of Accounting Reference Date

MOH Nippon Plc (LSE: MOH), a crowdfunding services provider for real estate investment in Japan, announces that it has changed its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 April to 31 March. This is to align its financial year end with that of Minnadeooyasan-Hanbai Co. Ltd ("MOH"), the operating entity and majority-owned subsidiary of the Company following the completion of the reverse takeover of the Company by MOH on 19 August 2024.

As a result of the change of accounting reference date, the Company's next three financial reporting events will be as follows:

·    Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 30 September 2024 by 31 December 2024

·    Publication of audited annual accounts for the 12 months to 31 March 2025 by 31 July 2025

·    Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 30 September 2025 by 31 December 2025
