Delay to Publication of the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2025

Further to its announcement dated 29 July 2025, MOH Nippon PLC (the "Company" or "MOH") announces a further delay regarding the publication of its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 ("FY25 Results").

It is now anticipated that the Company will be in a position to release its FY25 Results on or before 30 September 2025.

The Board of MOH and MacIntyre Hudson LLP ("MHA"), the Company's auditor, are working hard to finalise the going concern considerations and the appropriateness of the discount rate applied to a guarantee deposit made by Minnadeooyasan-Hanbai Co. Ltd.  to Toshi-Souken Invest Bank Inc in relation to the Joint Business Agreement entered into on 1 January 2024, details of which are set out in the Company's prospectus dated 31 July 2024 .
