Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), MOH Nippon Plc (LSE: MOH), a crowdfunding services provider for real estate investment in Japan, gives notice that, as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 284,779,093 ordinary shares of £0.01 pence each, all with voting rights. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure of 284,779,093 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
