Release of Securities from Escrow

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Bowen Coking Coal Limited (the “Company”) advises that the securities set out below are due to be released from ASX escrow:

(1) Note: these shares comprise 13,000,000 Class A Performance Shares and 13,000,000 Class B Performance Shares, which converted into Ordinary Shares on 19‐Aug‐19 and 9‐Apr‐19 respectively.

These securities are all held by Cape Coal Pty Ltd, an entity associated with certain directors of the Company. Cape Coal is the single largest holder of BCB shares with 110,057,826 shares, representing 14.8% of the Company. As noted in a recent ASX announcement, Cape Coal has informed the Company that it has no intention to divest of any further shares it holds in BCB.
