Bowen Coking Coal (ASX: BCB) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Bowen Coking Coal (‘BCB’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BCB, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 4 August 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Bowen Coking Coal Limited ( Company or BCB ) requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX, from the commencement of trading on 2 August 2021.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company concerning a material acquisition and a capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading remain in place until the commencement of trading on Wednesday 4 August 2021 unless before that time BCB makes an announcement in relation to the material acquisition and a capital raising.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

4. The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
