The Board of Directors of Bouygues has decided to postpone its proposal to appoint Clara Gaymard as a director. This decision has been taken in agreement with Clara Gaymard.
The Convening Notice to the Annual General Meeting of 23 April 2015 will be published in the Balo (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on 3 April 2015. It will contain a correction to the Notice of Meeting published in the Balo on 4 March 2015 (deletion of the eighth resolution proposing the appointment of Clara Gaymard as a director and the subsequent change to the numbering of the resolutions).
