Press release relating to Alstom's general meeting of shareholders of 1 July 2014 Resolution aimed at maintaining single voting rights

In compliance with the agreement concluded with the French government on 22 June 2014 (according to which the French government wants the application of the new provisions relating to double voting rights, introduced by Act No. 2014-384 of 29 March 2014), Bouygues will vote against the resolution submitted to the next Alstom general meeting of shareholders aimed at maintaining single voting rights (twentieth resolution).
