Drill Programme Begins

The Directors of Botswana Diamonds (AIM: BOD) are pleased to confirm that the 2016 Drill Programme has commenced.

The first large diameter reverse circulation hole on kimberlite AK21 on PL 260 in Orapa started on Tuesday 5th April.  Target depth is 300 metres.

The first of three narrow diamond drill holes will commence this week on the same licence.

Following the completion of these holes the diamond drill rig will move to PL 210 in Orapa to drill two or three holes targeting the potential source of the strong Kimberlitic Indicator Minerals (KIMs).
