Results of AGM

At the Botswana Diamonds plc ("Botswana Diamonds") Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which was held in Newry earlier today, all resolutions which were put to the meeting were duly passed.

Anne McFarland did not go forward for re-election as a director.

John Teeling, chairman, commented:

"Anne, an international business woman fluent in Russian, joined Botswana Diamonds in 2014 to assist us in dealing with our then Russian partner, Alrosa. I want to sincerely thank Anne for her help, assistance and advice and, together with my board colleagues, to wish her every success going forward."
