Boss Resources Ltd is pleased to advise that it has completed a $500,000 placement (before costs) to its Chairman, Mr Mark Hohnen, pursuant to shareholder approval granted at a meeting held on 16 August 2016.

The investment in the Company will be used to progress the Honeymoon Uranium Project, South Australia.
