NON-RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE

Boss Resources Ltd (ASX: BOE) is pleased to confirm that the prospectus (Prospectus) and accompanying application form in respect of the non-renounceable rights issued lodged with ASIC on 16 September 2013 was dispatched to eligible shareholders today, 27 September 2013.

Shareholders are advised that the offers under the Prospectus open for subscriptions today and will close at 5.00pm (WST) on Monday 14 October 2013.
