BOSS RECOMMENCES RC DRILLING AT GOLDEN HILL PROJECT,

BURKINA FASO

HIGHLIGHTS

• Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling at the Golden Hill Project recommenced on the 19[th] June

• The RC program comprises 7,000m of drilling in 90 holes designed to expand the currently defined gold mineralisation within the Intiedougou and Ma gold in soil anomalies

Golden Hill Project (BOE 100% )

Boss Resources Limited is pleased to announce that it has commenced a 90 hole 7,000m RC drilling program on its Golden Hill Project within the Houndé Greenstone Belt in western Burkina Faso, West Africa. The drilling is being conducted by African Mining Services (a subsidiary of Ausdrill). The program aims to expand the currently defined gold mineralisation within two (6km x 1km and 4km x 1km) +40ppb gold in soil anomalies within the Intiédougou permit where the better drill intercepts from previously announced BOE RC drilling include:

• 50m @ 1.46g/t Au from 9m (AZRC011) (incl. 9m @ 3.23g/t Au)

• 53m @ 1.05g/t Au from 35m (AZRC010) (incl. 13m @ 2.32g/t Au)

  • 5m @ 13.4g/t Au from 20m (CZRC002)

• 12m @ 4.4g/t Au from 37m (CZRC006)

  • 12m @ 3.5g/t Au from 19m (CZRC004)

• 6m @ 6.7g/t Au from 19m (CZRC005)

• 9m @ 2.7g/t Au from 37m (CZRC007)

• 37m @ 1.1g/t Au from 22m (PKRC005) (incl. 8m @ 2.2g/t Au)

• 19m @ 1.4g/t Au from 7m (PKRC010) (incl. 11m @ 2.1g/t Au)

• 9m @ 2.7g/t Au from surface (MERC012)

• 11m @ 2.0g/t Au from 19m (MERC013)

Managing Director, Leigh Ryan said that “the recommencement RC drilling at Golden Hill is a tribute to our ability to raise $5M on the back of this quality project. We’re extremely excited about expanding the gold mineralisation at the A Zone, B Zone, C Zone, Peksou, and Ma East prospects and also testing some IP targets for mineralised syenite bodies within the anomalous soil geochemistry to the north of Peksou. Laboratory sample turnaround times have decreased significantly, so we’re expecting our first assay results back by mid-July”.
