Rights Issue Acceptances
ASX: BOE ISSUED SHARES: 41 m
Boss Energy Limited (ASX: BOE) advises that it has received valid acceptances from shareholders for 9,792,580 options (representing a 95.5% acceptance level) pursuant to the Rights Issue announced to ASX on 22 October 2007.
PROJECT
Latrobe Oil Shale, Tasmania (Includes a JORC Resource of 72Mt of oil shale equivalent to more than 59 million barrels of Oil)
The Company anticipates that securities will be allotted and holding statements despatched to shareholders on or before 29 November 2007.
