Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Boss Energy Limited (ASX: BOE; OTCQB: BQSSF) announces that Mr Dudley Kingsnorth has resigned from the Board of the Company, to take effect from today.
Mr Kingsnorth, who was appointed in June 2020, is stepping down due to increasing work commitments with his other roles. The Board would like to thank Dudley for his contributions and wish him well in his future endeavours.
Boss Chairman Peter O’Connor said: “Dudley leaves the Board on excellent terms and we wish him the very best in his other endeavours. An appropriate replacement for Dudley will be sought to balance the technical and corporate expertise already on the Board to assist the Company achieve its goal of being Australia’s next uranium producer.”
