EVAN CRANSTON APPOINTED AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF

BOSS RESOURCES

Boss Resources Limited (ASX: BOE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Evan Cranston as an executive director.

Mr Cranston is a corporate lawyer with over 8 years’ experience He has extensive experience in the areas of public listed entities including capital raisings, initial public offerings and liaison with market analysts and potential investors, together with Corporate Governance, the Australian Securities Exchange’s Listing Rules and the Corporations Act.

Mr Cranston was recently the executive director – corporate of Ampella Mining Limited where he was responsible for all corporate and administration activities during a time where Ampella’s market capitalisation increased from $5 million to in excess of $600 million in less than 2 years.

Mr Cranston will oversee all of the corporate and administration functions of Boss freeing up Boss’ managing director Leigh Ryan’s time to focus on Boss’ exploration activities.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Cranston said:

“I am extremely excited to be joining Boss Resources at this important stage of the Company’s development. Boss’ recent drilling success at its Golden Hill Project and exploration upside at both the Golden Hill and Gourma Project was a key driver behind my decision to join the Company as I can see the similarities with Ampella’s project at the same stage of development. I look forward to working with Leigh and the other Boss directors to unlock the value of Boss’ Projects for the benefit of all shareholders.”

As part of his remuneration package Mr Cranston (or his nominee) will receive 15 million BOE Options exercisable at prices between 11 and 15 cents within 3 years from the date of issue and vesting immediately upon issue. The issue of these options shall be subject to shareholder approval.

Mr Cranston is also a non‐executive director of Carbine Resources Ltd and Cradle Resources Ltd.
