Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall be closed from October 01, 2021 to November 11, 2021 (both days inclusive).
