In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, May 22, 2020 , inter-alia to:

1. Consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2020;

2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2019-20.
