Sub: Resignation of Dr. Bernhard Straub and Mr. Bernhard Steinruecke as Directors of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you as follows:

• 1. Dr. Bernhard Straub, Chairman (DIN: 06654241), being a Non-Executive Director of the Company has submitted his resignation as a Director, vide letter dated April 05, 2021, with effect from close of business hours on May 20, 2021 due to change in area of his responsibility at global level;
• 1. Mr. Bernhard Steinruecke (DIN: 01122939), Independent Director of the Company has submitted his resignation as a Director, vide letter dated April 05, 2021, with effect from close of business hours on May 20, 2021 due to pre-occupation. Mr. Steinruecke has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than the one stated above.

The details of cessation of Dr. Bernhard Straub and Mr. Bernhard Steinruecke as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. ClR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 2015 are given in Annexure A and Annexure B to this letter.

The resignation letters received from Dr. Bernhard Straub and Mr. Bernhard Steinruecke are enclosed herewith as Annexure C and Annexure D, respectively.
