In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 04, 2021 , inter-alia , to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2021, subject to Limited Review by the Auditors of the Company.

In terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall be closed from July 01, 2021 to August 06, 2021 (both days inclusive).
