Sub: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Appointment of Compliance Officer

In compliance with provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the said Regulations, we wish to inform that Mr. Rajesh D. Parte has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company effective from September 24, 2021. The resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors by resolution passed by circulation today.

Further, the Board of Directors has accorded its approval for appointment of Ms. Divya.Ajith as the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. September 24, 2021 till the appointment of Company Secretary of the Company.

Requisite disclosure required in pursuance of SEBI Circular ClR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015.
