i) Resignation of Mr. Peter Tyroller as Director of the Company w.e.f. December 31, 2020

- ii) Resignation of Mr. Jan Oliver Roehrl as Director and Joint Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. December 31, 2020.

Ref: Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

We wish to inform you that Mr. Peter Tyroller, Non-Executive Director, vide his letter dated October 27, 2020, has conveyed his decision to step down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on December 31, 2020, upon his retirement from the services of Robert Bosch GmbH, Germany.

We also wish to inform you that Mr. Jan-Oliver Roehrl, Joint Managing Director, vide his letter dated October 27, 2020, has conveyed his decision to step down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on December 31, 2020, upon assuming new responsibility as Executive Vice-President in Robert Bosch GmbH, Germany.

The resignation letters shall be placed before the ensuing Board Meeting to be held on November 06, 2020 for consideration of the Board of Directors.
