Additional Explanations

In the 2024 fiscal year, our Company recorded a profit of TL 761,279,025.24 according to the statutory financial statements, whereas it reported a consolidated net loss of TL 227,687,701.95 in the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards. In this context, since there is no distributable profit for the period in the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards, it was resolved by majority vote at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on April 29, 2025, that no profit distribution shall be made.

The Turkish translation of this disclosure is also available and in case of discrepancy, the Turkish version shall prevail.
