Additional Explanations

In the 2023 annual financial statements, our Company incurred a loss of TL 1,143,442,612 according to its legal records, while its consolidated net profit for the year according to financial statements prepared in compliance with Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards is TL 4,963,851,011. Therefore, it was resolved by majority vote at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on May 27, 2024, that no profit distribution shall be made as there is no distributable profit for the relevant year according to the Company's legal records.

The Turkish translation of this disclosure is also available and in case of discrepancy, the Turkish version shall prevail.
