Borregaard: Mandatory notification of trade options

21.10.2016: Borregaard ASA ("Borregaard", OSE ticker: BRG)

On 21 October 2016, in connection with Borregaard's option programme, 25,000

options in Borregaard shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 15.18 per

share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Borregaard shares

is 980,000. Borregaard owns 343,380 treasury shares representing 0.34% of total

shares outstanding.
