Borregaard: Successful placement of bonds

Borregaard ASA has today successfully issued NOK 400 million in a new open bond

issue with a tenor of 5 years and a coupon of 3 months NIBOR plus 0.77% p.a.

Settlement date will be 20 June 2018 and the transaction was substantially

oversubscribed. Borregaard will apply for the bond issue to be listed at Oslo

Børs.

DNB Markets, Handelsbanken and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers for the bond

issuance.
