Borregaard: Successful placement of new bond

14.02.2014: Borregaard ASA ("Borregaard", OSE ticker: BRG)

Borregaard ASA has today issued NOK 400 million as a 1st tranche of an open bond

issue with a borrowing limit of NOK 600 million.

The bond issue has a 5 year tenor, and is priced at 3 months NIBOR plus 95 basis

points. Settlement of the transaction will take place on 26 February 2014.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, and an application

will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs.

DNB Markets and SEB acted as joint lead arrangers for the issuance.
