Borr Drilling Limited (BDRILL) - Special General Meeting of Shareholders

A special general meeting of the shareholders in Borr Drilling Limited (the

"Company") convened in Hamilton, Bermuda on 5 April 2018 has resolved to

increase the Company's authorised share capital by USD 1,000,000 represented by

100,000,000 common shares of USD 0.01 par value.

Effective from the date hereof, the authorised share capital of the Company is

USD 6,250,000 represented by 625,000,000 common shares of USD 0.01 par value.
