Due to at-the-market equity issuances for the past several months announced by BORR Drilling Limited ("BORR") in April 2022, the shareholding in BORR attributable to Schlumberger Oilfield Holdings Limited (SOHL) has been diluted below the threshold of 5%. SOHL currently owns 7,565,850 shares (unchanged) representing approx. 4.98% of the total share capital in BORR.
