Drew Holdings Ltd. (“Drew”) has, on 30 November 2022, purchased 112,367 shares in Borr Drilling Limited (“Borr”) from Mr. Tor Olav Trøim. The purchase price was USD4.57 which reflets the closing price for Borr’s share on the Oslo Stock Exchange on 30 November 2022.

Drew is an affiliate of Mr. Trøim who is the chairman of Borr’s board of directors.

The total number of shares in Borr held by Mr. Trøim and his affiliates remains unchanged at 15,792,857 shares equal to 6.9% of the total.
